Great little hidden gem!

Been here a couple of times now, even at the busy times of day the staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a wide range of choice on the menu at great prices - will be back again soon girls!

    Not very friendly.

       

    I've been in here on a number of occasions but last time the staff were really unfriendly and not helpful, it was like the lady didn't want to be there. Shame as I quite liked the place before.

    Pleasant Surprise!

       

    I was slightly reluctant to go here when my friend suggested it after seeing these reviews. However I found we were met by a friendly waitress and good quality food at a reasonable price. I will definitely be going back.

    customer service poor

       

    This place has a nice feel to it but a new chef is needed! Complaints are handled defensivley. Wouldn't go back again.

    nice place shame about the food and customer service

       

    Nice cosy place but customer service is appalling. Had a genuine complaint about soup that wouldn't come off the spoon when it was held upside down and it was dealt with very badly.

    Not the best coffee

       

    Went in here with the mrs at the weekend and the coffee wasn't great - bit weak. Nice place though

    Lovely Restaurant / Coffee Shop

       

    I really like this new restaurant and what the new owners have done with it. Cosy and friendly and a good choice of food on the menu. Prices are very good to.

    Great Place to Eat and Drink

       

    Madame Butterfly has a really nice homely and relaxing feel. The menu is great and very reasonably priced and they sell great coffee and cake! Friendly, helpful staff. Nice to have the garden at the back (for when the weather is nice enough to sit out!)
