    Local Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was assaulted in Westbury on Good Friday afternoon. At around 1:45pm last Friday, along Queens Road, Westbury, a 33 year old man was assaulted in what a passer by claimed was an unprovoked attack.     Melksham CID is currently investigating a serious assault which happened in the Market Place, Westbury in the early hours of last Saturday.
