I haven't been in here for a good few months but have to say how fantastic the food is. Great choice and really good prices. I remember the owners were so lovely and really went out the way to make you feel special. Highly recommended.

Mad Hatters went the extra mile
On Sunday 12 June my wife & I stopped in Westbury for coffee. Meeting a man struggling with a refrigerator in an alley, I asked where coffee could be found - without hesitation he said he'd make one, and explaining that although his Tea rooms (Mad Hatters) was not open, he insisted on opening up and produced excellent cappucinos and a slice of cake. He & his wife were so friendly and hospitable. Does service come any better than this? "Mad Hatters" you truly made our day, congratulations! We'll tell our friends about you. Amazing Cakes
I have to say I really love Mad Hatters Tea Rooms. They do a great offer of tea and cake for £2.50 or coffee and cake £3.00 and you should see the size of the pieces of cake! The staff are always friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. You must go to the tea room and experience it for yourself.

Yummy Mummys say Yes!
We are a group of local new mothers who were stuck for somewhere to meet up that offered great food at a good price and welcomed us with buggys and babies in tow. Mad Hatters has welcomed us with open arms and each time we visit nothing is too much trouble and the food, drinks and service are always excellent. We will continue to use Mad Hatters as a group and are also starting to make individual trips and introduce other friends and family as well. Consequently everyone is well on their way to taking advantage of their free drink upon completion of the loyalty card. Great place and great people. Westbury Winter babies group 2010.

Friendly faces
This cafe is well placed in the middle of the town and as well as teacakes and crumpets has countless calories in the form of cakes. A smiling waitress encourages consumption!

Excellent all round
I Completly agree the White Rabbit was bland and very crammed in feel to it.
I went into the Mad Hatter Tea Rooms, with my family, we were all thoroughly impressed not just with the new feel to the place but also the service we recieved. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the food and drinks were lovely!

is the mad hatters tea room where the white rabbit cafe was? is it different owners now. i walked past it at the weekend and didnt realise there was anything new in there or work going on in there either come to that!! i shall have to go and try it out. then make a comment. i used the white rabbit cafe three times. twice i found long obvious hairs on my plate.. not good :( so never went back. lets hope a new name will put some life and soul back into the place. it had no character before...just white and more white paint

Excellent Service
I popped in to Mad Hatters Tea Rooms today to see how the first week had been. Whilst I was there, I had a really wonderful Latte.
I'm a bit of a sucker for a latte and can really tell how good a shop is by the latte and I give it a huge thumbs up!
Not only did I have a wonderful latte but the service was brilliant.
