The Village Pump Festival went ahead this last weekend and what a glorious weekend for it.

Wiltshire Police - Recent Crimes in Westbury
The organisers worked closely with the Local Police, Wiltshire Council and other bodies to run an extremely well organised and safe event.
The Festival was well attended and appreciated by all, however there was a small element which spoiled it.
A small number of tents in the Camping area of the site were entered and property stolen from within.
This activity which occurred late on Saturday 21st July into Sunday morning is thought to have involved a group of approx 6 people who entered the site without paying.
Property including wallets and mobile phones, personal MP3s and Ipods were stolen.
Since the event it appears that some of the property has been returned / found, and whilst enquiries are still being made by the Police it is important that if anyone knows more, then Pc Darren Foulger from Westbury PS would like to hear from them. 101 736818
